Red Apple Farm
Red Apple Farm is a 4th Generation New England Family Farm featuring a ton of family-fun, including PYO fruits, hiking trails, and fresh-made cider donuts. On top of all that, the farm also has its Brew Barn Taproom, featuring a selection of hard ciders produced in partnership with Moon Hill brewing and served alongside delicious food and live music!
Stone Cow Brewery
A true farm brewery, at Stone Cow you can enjoy a quality beer while walking the grounds of a working family farm. This is a family-friendly, fun destination that everyone will enjoy. Try a delicious beer, like my favorite Cows Out Milk Stout, while enjoying freshing cooked farm-to-table BBQ and then treat yourself at the seasonal ice cream stand!
Agronomy Farm Vineyard
In October of 2018, Corey and Marissa O’Connor opened the tasting room for Agronomy Farm Vineyard for the first time to showcase their Marquette and Cayuga grapes. Since then, they have become a staple in the Oakham community and offer wine tastings, live music, and food trucks throughout the week. Built back into the woods, feel free to bring your lawn chairs on busy live music nights as well as food to snack on while you sample their delicious and large variety of wine options including sparkling, whites, reds, and rose. Wine not your favorite? Enjoy their many ciders sweetened with the maple syrup tapped from the trees in the woods surrounding the tasting room or try one of the local beers they have on tap. For an extra unique experience, join the owners around September to help pick their grapes during the harvest!
Hardwick Winery
For 28 years, Hardwick Vineyard and Winery has been a perfect destination for wine-lovers across Massachusetts and all of New England. They offer their visitors a variety of wine tastings, wine flights, wine slushees, and more featuring more than 20 varieties of locally handcrafted, award winning wines! They are open year-round and are always worth a visit!
Timberyard Brewing Company
Right off of Route 9 in East Brookfield, Timberyard Brewery operates a large, 5,000 square foot taproom. Warm and inviting, the wall holds space for local artists and a converted Chevy pickup acts as a stage for events. Not sure what you are in the mood for? Fret not! Timberyard boasts a large variety of beer options including “traditional Pale Ales and IPAs, cloudy New England “juice-bombs”, fruity Farmhouse ales, funky sours, spicy aged beers, rich milk stouts, and even clean pale lagers.” Enjoy a drink while listening to some live music or playing a game of trivia with friends. Hungry? Pair your beer with a plate of BBQ pork, baked beans, and bacon braised collard greens!

Deeply rooted in its community, the land that sustains us, and to a commitment to quality, Deep Roots Distillery in Sturbridge lives up to its name. Offering a selection of hand-crafted liquor, including rum, vodka, and apple whiskey, and an incredible selection of mixed beverages made from their distillates, they also offer a food menu focused on local, fresh ingredients. Next door, they offer ax throwing; the perfect way to let off some steam and relax!
